I'm so glad you are here. Below are links to a few forms I created just for you so we can help you make a will which will help you ensure all of your property and stuff is taken care of just the way you want.
Take your time and give some thought about the information you provide.
We'll ask you about your family, your home, bank financial accounts and your personal stuff. Then we'll ask you who you want to watch you sign your will and then who will take care of everything when you're gone.
Oh, and if you have trouble and have a quick question, open up the little chat window here and text us your questions. Someone will get back to you in short order (unless of course it's in the middle of the night in which case it will be when we wake up).

There are five sections below. Work on one section-at-a-time and then click "Submit" for each section. Once you submit one section, move on to the next section and so on until you have all of the sections completed.
Section One - Your Personal Information
Here you will provide your name, address and other important information about yourself.

Section Two - Family Info
Here you will provide us with information about your family members who you want to name specifically in the will.

Here you will provide information about home or other real estate, your financial accounts and other important things you own.

Section Four - My Specific Gifts
Here you will provide information about any specific gifts you want to make which could be monetary gifts, gifts of special things or charitable gifts.

Section Five - My Executors
In this section, tell us who you want to manage your estate when you are gone. This is a big job so make sure the person knows what they are getting into before you name them as executor.

Section Six - My Witnesses
Witnesses are people who will watch you sign your will. They could be neighbors, friends or family members. This is an important part of making a will and can prevent challenges and arguments later.

Well, that might have be a little difficult to think about all of these things but once your will is signed, you will be able to rest assured knowing you have left you things in good order and with people who can take care of everything later.
